Basic information Nyon

The pretty little town of Nyon lies beside Lake Geneva, halfway between Geneva and Lausanne and right in the middle of the "La Côte" wine region. Lots of archeological digs and sights from the times of the Helvetians and the Romans and from the Middle Ages bear witness to a varied history. In the summer, the town is a paradise for lovers of water sports and nature.
